Customer service did eventually get back to me and they answered my question, so I can’t say it was a bad experience. But I was a bit disappointed that it took a couple of days and I had to follow up once to get things moving. It got sorted in the end, I just wish the response had been quicker.

I've been using ProDog Raw for a few weeks now, and my dog’s coat looks so much better. He used to scratch all the time, but his skin seems a lot calmer now and his allergies don’t seem as bad. I’m really happy with it so far.

I’ve been ordering from ProDog Raw for a while now i’m really happy with it. For the price, it feels like good value, the portions are decent, and I never feel like anything is going to waste.

My dog absolutely clears the bowl every time, which is always a good sign. Delivery has been straightforward too, and it saves me having to mess around going to shops. Definitely worth it for the money.

The food is usually really good, and I’ve never had a bad feeling about ordering from here. That said, delivery can be a little hit or miss sometimes, some days it shows up fine, other times it feels like you’re just hoping for the best.

I gave ProDog Raw a try because my dog has always had a bit of a sensitive stomach, and I’m particular about what I feed him. At first, I thought we might be onto something, his poos were a bit firmer for a few days and he seemed okay. But then the gas started, and the loose stools came back, so it didn’t really solve the problem for us. I’m sure it works well for some dogs, but based on my own standards and what I need for him, it just didn’t feel worth the effort or the cost. Bit disappointing, honestly.

The box arrived in good shape and it was packed well, so I guess...

My dog’s coat is looking better, and his tummy seems more settled, so that’s been great. The only downside is the delivery was late twice, which was a bit annoying.
